REGENERATIVE MEDICINE
EXOSOMES
Exosomes are nanoparticles secreted by cells and contain growth factors, proteins, and RNA with strong regenerative and anti-inflammatory action. They are used in aesthetic and medical treatments such as skin regeneration, hair loss, anti-aging, and tissue repair.
Exosomes can be autologous, produced from the body’s own blood, or heterologous. They are administered through injectable therapy, like mesotherapy into the skin, and activate elastin and collagen by increasing their production from skin cells.
Exosome therapy is very promising as a technique for the restoration of partial-thickness burns.
