Dermatologist, Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Dr. Ioannis Peros was born on the island of Kos and studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Dermatology and Venereology in Germany (University Hospitals of Ulm, Munich, and Kassel), followed by further training in Germany, the USA, and France, alongside leading professors such as Prof. Fournier (the father of liposuction), Prof. Field, Prof. Coleman III, and Prof. Lillis.
Since 1999, he holds a doctorate from the University of Marburg in Germany. He further specialized in dermatologic surgery and liposculpture, actively participating in international training programs. He served as Director of Training in Dermatologic Surgery at Evangelismos Hospital (2007–2012).
Dr. Peros is a certified mentor of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and a founding member of DASIL, with international involvement in seminars and conferences across Europe, Asia, America, and Africa. He has particular expertise in CO2 lasers, IPL, liposuction, fat transfer, chemical peels, growth factor therapies, tumor removal, and reconstructive surgery.
He believes in natural results and applies the “less is more” philosophy in aesthetic medicine.
