Restoration of Chronic Diabetic Foot Ulcers & Management of Bone Complications

The management of chronic ulcers in patients with diabetic foot is provided by the Plastic Surgeon in collaboration with the Orthopedic Surgeon. At our clinic, we apply specialized restoration techniques that include debridement, stabilization, and surgical coverage of the ulcer, aiming to preserve limb function and prevent amputation.

In cases where there is concurrent bone disease (such as osteomyelitis), treatment is carried out in cooperation with an orthopedic specialist, ensuring a thorough evaluation and a holistic approach to the lesion. Care is individualized and combines advanced healing methods (VAC therapy, regenerative factors) to achieve faster healing and long-term stability of the result.
